Hi, I'm Kayode. Most people call me Kay.
I make videos for a living and documentaries because I can't help it.
Right now I lead video production at TransferRoom, a global sports technology platform. I shoot across six countries a year and manage everything from crew to final cut (product launches, event films, customer stories and brand campaigns).
Before that I spent three years at Flutterwave, Africa's largest fintech company, leading their media production. I produced content that drove a 170% increase in engagement, and figured out how to explain complex financial products to millions of people who had never used them.
On my own time I've directed three documentaries: Mama Balo, The Gravediggers, and Rallies. The Gravediggers was selected for the Real Time International Film Festival and featured on the Directors' Library.
I also run Othershape Studios. Documentary films for brands and institutions with stories worth telling.
